還是56,該說沒胖好還是XD?
今晚吃不太下飯,就吃了一堆水果。這樣糖分也很高耶XD
天氣太熱又怕胖,現在又是不能吃沙拉的時間,有人有建議的食物嗎…?
之前想過吃壽司,但是一下子澱粉爆表啊!
