ada 1gerakan yg sangat efek utk yg takut gemuk dan yg mau trn kan bb,yg slalu saya ngajarkan pd members ku.

@risa@yosaf.. hy bercanda jgn marah😊. Biar ga stress... Diet jgn buru2 harus sabar sis... pas jalur bener....mknan atur bener/metabolisme nya... pas trn akan kontinue kok. Ssh nya hy diawal mulainya. Semangat ya utk yg diet

Aku skrg mala pusing clean food bagaimana penuhi kalori yg sy butuhkan.mkn asal ntar kalori ckp tp perut yg buncit. (Sdh ga mau trn bb)pas ini bulan Waisak agama budha sy latihan atasila/seperti bln puasa .bedanya atasila pagi mkn sampai jam 12 siang stop kunyah 😁. Apa bb akan turun terus😯

@risa betul.rata2 cew red day promblem sama. Hindari tepung"paling penting kalau saya,efeknya buncit perut.latihnya kan susah😓

Iyaaaa buncit bgt perutku. Tepung sih ga ada kak dr td. Cuma ya itu.. Ketoprak, nasi goreng, kerupuk, soto ayam, nasi, ayam ungkep, ikan lele. 😂😂😂😂 pie susu masuk ke tepung ga? Aku udah makan 10 loh...
