no change but last weigh in was just Friday, I'll take no change since I ate pizza Friday night and wings Saturday.. I didn't over do it on portions. hurt my back this morning getting dressed (who does that lol) so no workouts until I can move again.
195.1 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 68.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey Mike, did a similar thing. Winter time, arrived at work, went to the coffee shop ordered coffee and then coughed real hard. Threw my back out and had to go home. Feels more deserved if it happens at the gym doing a heavy single rep of some exercise or other. Home you can get back to your workouts soon. Keep at it
