Again, I ate more carbs than I should have yesterday, but by not snacking between meals, my set point is starting to be around 190 lbs. instead of 193 lbs.
85.8 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.1 kg a Week
