I am losing weight pretty quickly, only because I've had a nasty stomach flu to help me along. So I'm very excited about my weight loss and only hope this weight will stay off now that my stomach flu is pretty much gone. My main goal is to eat well most of the time. I let myself have what I want, only less often and in smaller proportions. Strict diets don't work for me because I end up going crazy and eating worse than ever. So far, so good!
