En un mes y unos cuantos días he bajado 4,2 kilos, no se si es mucho o poco, es verdad que un tiempo consumí como 800 kcal pero después me puse las pilas y comencé a consumir minimo 1200 :(, q dicen ustedes? estará bien? estoy perdiendo muy rápido? tengo 18 y llevo todo este tiempo haciendo ejercicio también.

Es muy malo comer menos calorías de las necesarias? según lo q investigué mi cuerpo necesita 2100 kcal por día, y estoy comiendo casi 800kcal por día y nada más, hago ejercicio 5 veces a la semana. He bajado harto según yo en un mes, pero no quiero q comer poco me haga engordar de nuevo t.t algún consejo?
