My doctor's visit wasn't as disappointing as I thought it would be. She's happy with my progress but won't consider decreasing the dosage until I've lost at least twenty pounds. It took three weeks for me to lose 4lbs much less 20. I thought I would get depressed but didn't. Came home more motivated. I noticed since vacation, I really don't eat breakfast. Not a good thing. I don't get up until 10 or so and go right into my exercises before lunch. I know if I don't get them done as soon as I get up, I won't do them. Since I will start back to work next week, I'll change my exercise time to the time I would do them after work. All in all, it's been a good day.

I'm still on vacation so didn't even start my day until 10:30. Which meant no breakfast. By the time I finished my work out it was lunch time. Feeling good today. I use the Wii physical trainer. When it told me I had to work out over an hour, I thought no way. There's no way I can do this. BUT I did it. Once I start back to work, I'll be grateful if I can get in a half hour so I'm grateful for the extra time I can do before next week. Life is good.

My doctor increased my blood pressure medication. The hammer finally hit the head. For the last couple of weeks I've increased my exercising to 4x a week instead of 1 maybe 2. I walk twice a week and work out on my Wii twice a week. My first appointment since the change is Thursday. I'm anxious to see the results. The blood pressure has dropped considerably. Hopefully, its due to the exercise change as well as the blood pressure med. I'm hoping she will decrease the dosage again.
