after falling off the wagon just after Halloween. I am determined in 2022 to make my first goal weight of 300 lbs. I'm not gonna say New Year, New Me..... oh wait I just did.... hahaha. Happy New Year everyone

here I go again. I had given up on my diet. guess I just got burned out. so I'm going to try again. my goal is to lose 50 lbs to start with. small goals right lol
