Things are getting easier. I hit a platuea this last week and broke it up with an apple day. It took a day or two for things to kick in again. I am hoping next weigh in I will see a better loss than this week.

I have had a few struggles this last week, like eating dinner out, and girls with popcorn. I just had to keep focused on the long term goal and how much it means to me. After that I was fine. I think I worried to much about it. I am looking forward to my appointment tomorrow with the doc. I am excited to see the results. Last week I lost 1% of my body fat let's see what this week brings.
