so i went to my dr this morning and of course go weighed first thing..192# ..i feel like i'm slowly inching towards 200# and i really want to be closer to 156-170#. i'm happy with those numbers...so i guess i better get right with my meals and movement.

i need to pick a time to weigh every day probably when dressing for the day or for night. Too many clothes and whatnot
