Mixed feelings today about my weight loss 🧐 I was honestly expecting a little bit more due to how OCD I was with the calorie counting I was doing. I have also included a number of weight training exercises (sit-ups, squats, press-ups etc) to tone and firm my body lol I never thought that I would used those two words in a sentence again at my age but haho lol 😂 l can feel a slight change overall as my clothes are feeling a little looser on me. My belly is not as prominent as it was (beginning to see my feet again) and generally I am feeling better about myself. I think I am going to tweak my calories and increase my aerobic exercising to gently increase my weight loss, now that I am able to do a lot more exercising without feeling really bad. The bottom line is that I am feeling/doing well and happy with my progress (only three weeks) all my goals are achievable within the time frame I have set myself (200 lbs by mid January) as l loose weight l will be able to get back into clothes that I have not worn for ages and then I can get out on my bike more.
