Alhamdulillah kembali kepala 5, ngegym seworth it itu, kemarin ahad latihan leg training, domsnya terasa sampai 3 hari, semoga otot semakin nambah. Sarapan makan ubi, telur rebus dan kopi susu low cal. Siang kadang cuma ngemil, makan malam porsi lengkap nasi + lauk, herannya BB koq bisa turun ya padahal habis makan malam jeda sebentar udah langsung tidur 😅

Alhamdulillah turun 100gr padahal kemarin makannya barbar banget 😂
Pagi makan semangka sepiring gede+singkong rebus 4+kopi susu pake susu lowfat
Siang makan coto 3 mangkuk (banyakin dikuahnya)+ketupat
Sore makan kue ultah sepotong+cireng 1+otak otak 1+kwaci segenggam
