today was a sad and very stressful day! MY uncle passed away and my sons school is giving him a hard time and he is an a b student they miscounted his missed days of school in one class and now they dont want to give him credit for that one class uggggg! and now they are just telling me at the end of semesters right before exams and he is doing so well in school and to top it off I am paying for his education as it is a private school and yup he only needs one credit to graduate because he actually has more than he needs what a crappy way to start the weekend out hope everyone else has a great weekend and may God Bless you all ! love this site

so I am feeling good today just a little hungry.I am just so gosh darn confused on how many calories,fats,proteins and carbs in order to loose weight I would love to loose anywhere from 2 to 3 pounds a week I have searched the internet like crazy and think Im supposed to eat 2,000 calories a day according to these calories calculators can someone please let me know what I should be doing as far as calorie,carbs,fats and proteins Im not sure how to read this rdi and pie shape HELP!wow feeling dizzy and have a headache just I also feel like I could go take a nap wonder if it was the carbs I ate in the taco and the tostada for lunch hmm should I drink some water and get some dance in or should I go take a nap

Nothing like getting dogged out on facebook for being fat :( so my sister n law wrote under my new car comment dont get a car that has alot of bounce cause if your overweight at all you will bounce the fat as your bouncing around in the car uggg I took this at a big slap in the face well it motivated me more and I told her if she comes over and exercises with me maybe we wont have to worry about that when the time comes ugggg people are so rude and she knows im on a diet and she is on one too not as heavy as me but im 35 pounds heavier than her and im wondering if she is just worried about me making my goal hope everyone else is doing well go you :)
