weighed myself in at work yesterday. so im actually 5 lbs to the good without even doing anything so yay! we'll see how the rest of the week goes.

So I'm starting out to loose about 40 pounds. This is terrifying to me but I need to do it for my family, and I only have myself to blame. I intend on joining the Army National guard and currently I am in no shape what so ever to be doing this. I used to be able to run a mile in seven minutes, I cant even jog 5 minutes without getting out of breath right now. Right now i've lowered my calorie intake drasticly until I can physically do more excercise. So we'll see how things go.
