enfin sa redecend il etait temp je désespérer ..invitation tout le week end du gras du sucré ..et voila la machine et relancer ...quel bonheur de voir ca ce matin .allez on continue on lache rien ..

mm poid cette semaine ,bon je me suis pas privé et je prefere etre stable que d'avoir repris mais cest tellement decevant quand le poid reste le meme .... courage a tous dans vos effort et surtout bon lundi sous la pluie .

1,4 kilos pour cette semaine deffort en continue j'ai résisté au crepes au tentation je me suis juste fait plaisir sans gavage sans abus...je suis vraiment contente de se resultat il fait basculee mon imc de surpoids a normal ca c fait ...

comme tout les lundi matin hop la balance mais ce matin enfin je vois le 8 apres un long moment a 69 ...la motivation ce matin et de retour je sens que ca va etre une bonne semaine pour perdre du poids ...bon courage vous tous que la force soit avec vous petit fs ...
