Not been on for a while, having a crappy time of things and have definitely fallen off the training and diet control... after seeing a photo and noticing my running tops had got a little tighter.. im going back into recording my food again... hopefully I can stick with it.

Not been on for a while, lost too much weight in too short a time and fatigued myself through running and long hours at work. Slowly put weight back on and got back into running with running pal after 2 weeks off... so the target is 12st at the moment...
