hari ini menunjukan 82 kg...eh..kemarin 84 kg...binfubg saya sama ini badan??
sarapan oatmeal instan + 3 pisang + telor rebus
m.siang nasi merah 1 entong + sayuran 1 mangkok + urap + 2 tempe + 5 krupuk
camilan jam 4 sore pepaya 1 piring
m.malam nasi merah 1 entong + sayur apa aja+ 2 tempe + krupuk kadang kala cuma ayam dada rebus 2 potong sedang

hari ini sy baru bingung dengan data fs...data target kalori 2600 ..yg saya konsumsi baru 1500... apa sy musti menambah asupan makan saya agar 2600?? nanti sy malah kekenyangan..

ocd 8 jam...
makan siang dan makan malam tanpa garam tanpa gula tanpa penyedap
selama 2 minggu pertama
Eneg...pengen muntah...tp aq pengen sehat >> kurus
