CERVEJA.

Costumeiramente bebo muito. Treino faz um tempo e sigo uma dieta mais ou menos. Decidi do natal pra cá só cortar o álcool, o resto permanece normal. Treino 4-5x semama e dieta nada pesada (como chocolate toda semana, por ex).

resultado absurdo. Perdi 5% de gordura corporal e ainda subi 200g da minha massa magra (que já é relativamente alta).

Não subestimem o álcool. Principalmente a cerveja em bar. toma 3-4 come um tira gosto e a merda tá feita
