Ok, the last weigh-in was in august and since then it has been INSANE in my life and just started a weight loss challange with the family...and as I am always up for a challange...and I have 3 weeks to win the pot of $300....I need some cheerleaders!

SERIOUSLY - I was really expecting to have gained weight over the last week, I had my boss in town and in and out of meetings, It was by far the hardest to stay on the diet...

I must have done something right!
