Today was a tough day. Not feeling too good and my cravings for bread, cheese were calling me strongly. Since those foods are available in the kitchen for my family, it was very hard. I had to think that I don't want to ruin all my efforts and losing the nice results that I am seeing on my body to stop me throwing myself over it. I hope tomorrow will be a better day.

Trying to go dairy free, gluten free and no added sugar diet. I try to avoid roasted food, barbecue... to avoid ingesting AGEs toxins, so that my skin can look better and fresher. I drink around 2 liters of water a day.
I include exercising to lose fat, be more supple and get healthier (increase blood circulation and get my lymphatic system moving).
My dinner is at the latest at 5pm, then I workout.
