Well, it's time for back to school. New classes, new professors, new goals. Time to start fresh. I sort of fell off the wagon over the summer, but I have already started this new page of my life off by recording my food again and making the extra effort to exercise. Even if it does mean getting up extra early to run :) My ipod is all loaded up with some new running tunes and I can't wait to see my transformation over the next months. I did learn one thing over the summer and that's that you have to be consistent. I wasn't consistent and look what happened....I'm almost back to where I started. Time for a change!

I am definitely feeling a lot better! I drank tons of water today and the mucus seems to be thinning out! I'd like to be able to take measurements tomorrow, but I'm working a double so we'll see if we can get to that. I have to pack for my south carolina trip too so hopefully I can get everything finished!

Well, my sinuses have decided to show what they think of the weather changes and it's not a vote of approval. I'm congested, have a sore throat from drainage, coughing up mucus and have a slight fever. Fun stuff. I had a bad headache last night and didn't feel very hungry. I could have eaten a few hundred more calories, but I really wasn't feeling very good.
I'm feeling better today, no headache! I'm drinking lots of tea and water. I took Hannah bowling for her birthday and the muscles in my right leg are so sore! I'm going to have to take a walk today to get rid of the lactic acid that built up.

I just got back from San Antonio, TX! I was not able to keep track of the food that I was eating on here due to the fact that was juggling 4 kids!! We had an absolute blast!! I was sort of surprised to see that I'm still around 182 because since I'm off my fast I have been eating meat and I was trying my best to pay attention to portion sizes, but I didn't feel like I was doing as much exercise as I normally do when I'm home so I expected my weight to be a litte higher. I'm quite pleased that it's not :) I still need to take measurements, but I'm getting there!

I was so exhausted yesterday! I worked a double on Saturday and didn't get to go home until around 2am. I was up again at 9 for church and then went to bed around 8 last night. 11 hours of sleep later and I feel great!! Only one more week of my fast...I really want some grilled chicken!!
