On the road attempting to work out, and follow a diet. Some days better than others but at least the #s are falling!

Had a couple cheats this week - ice cream and veggie pizza, but tried to compensate and still lost, so I'll take it any way I can! Hoping I get my sinuses ok'd to go back to working out more than a "leisurely walk" this upcoming week.

I say reasonably well in the "followed diet closely" section, even though it's probably only about marginally well. Guess there's a plus to having surgery and not eating anything solid for 5 days. Now that everything eating wise is back on track hopefully we'll continue to see loss. And hopefully I'll be able to resume exercise/boot camp in the next week or so and that I'll be on my way!

I know this is a gain frm my previous entry, but I'll take it... a 3 week vacation where I had no control over what foods were available to me (although I did follow portion control) and no exercise other than walking had put me back up to 198, so that's a good loss since getting back home!
