I have turned 56 since first using Fat Secret. In 1 year I lost 20 lbs. I kept it off for over a year. Since Oct. 2014 I have gained 15 lbs. I really hated Atkins and due some heart conditions I am trying Weight Watchers. Wish me luck.

Ok getting back on the horse today. Everyone say a prayer for me lost of things going on at home hard to not stress eat.
