untuk wanita yang rajin nge gym, lebih baik konsumsi whey protein atau susu skim?
karena kalau di lihat2, susu skim punya manfaat yang sama kayak whey protein 🧐

Ka, nanya doong... kalau kita diet telur + WO, trus pas minggu nya makan samyang boleh gak ya?
rata2 per hari klo d itung2, kalori yang masuk kur leb 900++... kalau anjuran kalori di FS sih 1700... tp saya udah kenyang banget.. gak mungkin di paksain makan lagi kan? 😣😣😣
