I am excited to get back and lose some weight. This time I'll be using the Zone diet, which I tried last time with much sucess in the inches-off department. Plus it never makes me feel hungry. I am also enjoying new gym (Gold's Gym) with lots of classes, great machines (with TVs) and SPINNING! I love spinning and this will be a great chance for me to lose some weight.
This morning I almost didnt go to the gym (I know, that's a bad start), but having to wake up my roommate helped me get in the mood and I am really happy that I made it. Spinning class this morning was great. I can tell right away that I am out of shape, but it felt good to workout.
Last night, I planned my meals and snacks for today and it is working out great. I dont have to panic about getting hungry and having nothing "good" to eat (that's usually when the McDonalds start).
I hope I can keep this up for at least 21 days, as I read that any habit can be changed in that period of time.

I am doing great!!! I should really say that I feel great, as I dont know how well I am doing as I have not weighted myself in a long time.
Every time I wake up at 5:00 am to go to the gym I have this "devil" that wants em to stay put and go back to sleep "see! it is still dark out there!" and my body really wants to follow what he says. Then I have this "angel" whisper in my ear "For dramatic results you need dramatic changes". This has been my new mantra. Everytime I think about eating a cookie, ice cream, fat creamy soup or pasta, this mantra comes back to my brain and it makes it easy for my to step back and get something else.
I hope this continues. I am really happy with the changes I've made in my diet (limiting rice, pasta, sugars, bread and pastries). Some would always that my changes are a bit dramatic, but that is exactly what I am looking for in my results. So it makes it all worth it.

I am doing great. I went to the gym this morning and I am ALL IN to losing weight (As you see my motivation is back)
I was reviewing my diet calendar and I noticed that I am such a bad eater! As a result I decided to make an effort and eat healthier. Specifically, I would like to reduce my fat intake. If I am going to be killing myself trying to lose all this fat, I sure don't want to gain more by eating it.
I truly believe that if I pay attention to my eating and I continue my exercise program I'll definitely lose the weight!!!
