i ate without minding the calories yesterday and the day before yesterday.i will remember how it felt to lose the 10 calories and how victorious and empowered i felt when i lost it and i will also remember how negative i felt in all aspects when i was 134 - 137 pounds.

with God as my strength i declare and i claim i can do all things through Christ who gives me the strength that i need every single day and every single doubt, every single temptation every single setback and every single triumphs and every single pound lost

yes Thank you Lord, when typhoon ruby hit the philippines and my parents and my bro was in masbate i fasted for protection . it was also around this time that i started drinkng the chocolate nescafe. i think this nescafe variety really has the tendency to suppress my appetite. Thank You Lord i could not do this without your help.

this is my weight as of 12/32014 wednesday 545 pm

my initial weight should be 130 but then before i started to lose weight my orig weight is 137 wearing the nike light green rubber shoes and the dry fit grey black shirt and the knee high leggings i initial weighed myself nov 22 2014 saturday at 13 7 pounds
