ugh. all i have to say is that aunt flo is not my friend. so i did pretty good yesterday until after i had my ass kicked at work and she needed a twix candy bar. today is a new day....no more candy!!!

have been eating several small meals a day and trying to stick to 1500 calories, 130 carbs and 30 fat grams. but if i am craving something i will have a small bite of it and give the rest away.
