Note pour moi-même : tu as repris du poids cette année mais tu es quand même belle. Ton objectif c'est 60 et tu en es très proche, tu vas y arriver avant l'été (même si tu devrais t'en foutre mais bon, c'est compliqué...)
Tu te remets au sport (un tout petit peu hin), tu ne dois rien lâcher.
Avant toute chose, tu dois surtout ne pas continuer à grossir. Et encore une fois, tu peux être fière de toi et continuer à te sentir belle, à être à l'aise même si le poids affiché ne correspond pas tout à fait à ce que tu voudrais.
