I have weighed in and gained three pounds. I am very upset at myself not being as strict on myself as i should be. I am very depressed at this point.

Fat fast tomorrow'! Way too high in carbs. Today very tired and cold. I realize i dont like ohio weather! Did walk alot today! I found unsweetened coconut today for a decent price. I am so happy!

Down two more! I am so glad for the encouragement as i so felt like cheating this week end! In the process of gettying rid of large size clothes! Want to vet to 200 by end of june if the back cooperates! Made some delicious fat bombs today! Yum.
