Goals:
- Setting up some sort of routine.
- Sticking with the routine.
- Seeing a doctor about my health.
- Quitting soda all together.
- Every time I think or say something negative, I'm going to say five positive things about myself.
- One hour of silent meditation on God and my life daily.
- An established sleep schedule.
- Try Yoga.
I think this is a reasonable list for now.

Note, had about 450 calories in soda and tea today.

Well then. I must not eat much, ahaha. This isn't an abnormal day for me, and I'd say I've had about 200 calories in Arizona green tea on top of this.
This is the first time I've done something like this, and honestly, it feels odd to me.
