Nelle ultime tre settimane mangio solo quello che mi va, se senti di essere piena smetto di mangiare. Sento di essere più leggera e ho la pancia meno gonfia.
Ho perso i primi 5kg ora me ne mancano 10..
Spero di arrivare al mio obbiettivo senza complicazioni😊

Inizia oggi il mio percorso per perdere tutti i kg che ho preso durante questo anno. Tutta l'ansia che avevo l'ho riversata nel cibo e non sono più in forma.
Ho come obbiettivo di perdere 15 kg e arrivare al mio peso forma ideale.
