I got on the scale this morning and was thrilled to see I lost 3 lbs over night after doing day 1 on the 3-day Diet plan... will share more later

Today... I'm following the 3 day diet plan. I'm in desperate need to lose 10 lbs quick before setting my next short term goal. Right now I'm trying to get out of the 60's by taking 10 lbs at a time.

I hate being fat. It make me feel so ugly inside and out.

it's 10am and I'm sooo hungry. Not starving but my tummy is growling. I'm planning to go and work out at Gold's Gym for 2pm. I'm trying to wait til 11am before eating lunch consisting of a can of tuna and a piece of dry toast with a bottle of water.

Wow, what a fricken lunch. But hey... I gotta do what I gotta do, lose 10 lbs in 10 days.
