Whew! I actually put on a pound last week, so I didn't post anything, but I'm losing now! :)
Just to throw this out there, does anyone have ideas on if its better to have carbs in the morning or afternoon?

I've already eaten over my calorie goal for the day.
I've been craving sweets, since its time for my cycle, and its really hard for me to say no.
Luckily, I have fish for dinner tonight, so it will be nice and light.
I will not get discouraged. I will go for a walk tonight to make sure that I can burn off a few of the extra calories I ate today.
I can do this. I need to lose this weight.

Starting today, I am going to be more cautious about what I eat. I will exercise daily, in some way.

I feel that I've done ok with my eating this weekend...Saturday afternoon, I had a little bit of fresh (i mean FRESH...like it was swimming in the tank 30 minutes before I ate it FRESH) tilapia, with some angel hair pasta, lightly tossed with olive oil and fresh dill...I did have fast food saturday night, but only because I didn't get home from my second job till midnight, and was starving.
Yesterday I ate shrimp that was grilled, 2 chicago hot dogs, and then a small portion of homemmade split pea soup.
I know I have to do better about watching the processed food, and taking it easy on the carbs at night. but I'm making better choices. I WANTED to order a pizza last night...I WANTED to go to Dairy Queen and get a blizzard. but I didn't.
Its a slow process, but I think I'm learning.

Weight is coming off slowly, but at least its coming off!
I've found myself craving more healthy choices. Yesterday for lunch, my roommate and I had baked zucchini and homemade, baked potato "chips" (thin sliced potato with spices). this weekend, I plan to take some time out and go to the gym. I want to make it a regular part of my life again. I always seem to do better when I get active.
