Feeling discouraged. I’ve made a lot of health changes in the last few weeks and still end up gaining. I have been very consistently working out every morning for an hour. I am logging 4-5 miles on my run days and 3 miles on my walk days. I don’t do a strict low carb as I eat some fruits and veggies and start my day with oatmeal. I know I need to up my water intake. Just wish my body would appreciate all the hard efforts I’ve been putting in and allow some weight to come off!!!!
