:( pues sigo asi la verdad llevo 4 dias sin ejercicio y no cuidandome como se debe. pero ya no me quiero matar de hambre

Pues le quiero meter ganas, quiero empezar una vida sana.
Pero tengo muchas dudas respecto al ejercicio, ya que solo tengo 40 min -45 min
entonces no se que es mejor caminar/trotar o hacer ejercicio en casa esos de reto de mes. Ya que mi cuerpo esta muy aguadito tengo que bajar primero antes de tonificar
