I'm back and more determined than ever. My braces will be off in 4 months, and my goal is to be finished with my weight loss journey by then. Along with trying to eat healthier and exercising regularly, I plan on taking appetite suppressant pills to help with my unnecessary snacking. So Let's get started!

I started a 3 day on 4 day off diet on Monday. It's not one I found on the internet, I got it from my mom. She had to lose weight before surgery and this is what the docs gave her. I was usually weighing myself on Fridays, but because this is a 7 day thing, I plan on weighing in on Sundays now. I attempted this diet last week and failed miserably. I could not stick to it. I was sooo hungry. This week was much easier. On the off days, I'm going to be eating a lot of healthy foods. Everything fresh. Lots of chicken and veggies and fruits. I have 32 days to lose at least 15lbs. I'm hoping to lose more, but for now, 15 will do. =)

I know I should be happy, but I'm kind of upset that with everything I was doing, I lost so little. Looks like I'm on Insanity now!
