Just worked out! I burned 500 cals before I quit doing the calorie counter stuff...then did abs and lower back stuff.
Really tired now... I think I'm gonna take a hot shower, and head to bed for my sore muscles!
I'm getting up early tomorrow for the gym...6:30. Ahh, my legs don't like that idea, but I know I need to.

It's only down because I weighed myself last night before I went to bed, and then this new weight was this morning when I woke up.. Gotta do it at the same time every day (morning).
But it made me feel better to look at it =]

I just started my diet yesterday.
Current Weight :
163.8
LONG TERM GOAL :
120
SHORT TERM:
Lose 14 by the end of the month.
I ate 1750 calories today. Feel disgusting.
Worked out on the step machine at the gym, burned 300 cals exactly before lifting. Lifted for about half an hour. Not sure how much that burned.
Getting up tomorrow to exercise again. Maybe sleep a lot so I don't eat as much?
