Food Intake-
breakfast_ energy drink= 0 carbs
lunch_2 jello=0 carbs 1/2avocado=2 carbs
dinner_2 cheese burger patties w/cheese, mustard and a pickle=3 carbs
snack_jello=0 carbs
dessert= healthy choice fudge bar=6 carbs
total carbs=11 carbs
Went to the movies tonight with my love. we both wanted to cheat and get popcorn! but...we didn't! yay staying strong

Breakfast- low carb yogurt= 3 carbs
3 eggs, 1 slice of bacon, 1 sausage w/ sugar-free syrup and ham= 3 carbs
lunch- <2 servings of almonds= 3 carbs
2 pickles=0 carbs
dinner- <1 cup of tuna with 1 tblsp of green onions=1 carbs
healthy choice ice cream bar= 6 carbs
total carbs= 17

I am not feeling so well today. I didn't exercise as much today it was 102 degrees. The heat is not helping this diet!!!! I think I need some good recipes. Im getting sick of the same stuff. Any suggestions?? Thanksssss

I exercised this morning and did the Elliptical for 33 minutes, and free weights, working on my arms, and a little abs.
Breakfast- Rockstar energy drink= 0 Carbs
Lunch- Low carb vanilla yogurt=3 carbs
Dinner- chicken and beef burrito w/ cheese <1 carb
salsa=1 carb
sour cream= 1 carb
low carb wheat tortilla= 4 carbs
Dessert= healthy choice bar= 6 carbs
Total carb intake= 16 carbs
