Why oh why??? :'( :'(
I think I should focus on one diet technique only.
Lately I tried intermittent fasting and I end up eating a lot due to hunger, lol!
Now back to zero again....

This week have shed a little. It's really hard but I will do it and it's a good start. I just need to focus on removing these hanging extras in my belly :D :D

Beautiful morning fatSECRET!
It's my first weigh in and whoaa.. I lost 1kg after a week of struggling to 'food' temptation, LOL!
I hope my weighing scale is not lying :D :D :D
Looking forward for more extra-pocket-bill to lose...
