Back from my from my eating adventures in St. Louis and Chicago!
7 food challenge wins in 2 weeks!
+ 3 lb Burger & 1 lb fries
+ 6 lb Breakfast
+ 5 lb BBQ
+ 5.5 Horseshoe
+ 3 lb, 3-course meal
+ 5 lb skillet burger
+ 4 lb Grilled Cheese & 1 lb fries
Once again, it's time to work on getting the excess weight off! Shouldn't take too long, as I'm preparing for more food eating adventures in Arizona towards the end of April!

Crazy that it's been so long since my last weigh in!
I've been on many fun eating adventures, packing on the pounds, and then going to mini transformations, taking the weight off. I'm quite glad I continue to see consistent results with a ketogenic diet, especially since I continue to make strength gains while losing the bodyfat!
Now I have two more weeks before I start up on another food eating tour in Michigan! 10 food challenges in 10 days! I'll also be looking to do a few food challenges closer to home to get ready for this epic eating adventure!

Back from my 8 day trip in Chicago! Managed to keep within my diets somewhat reasonably, with the exception of my food challenges (each of which I successfully completed!)
June 24th - Lucky's Sandwich Challenge
June 26th - Barolini's 10 lb Meatball sub (team challenge)
June 27th - Jake Melnick's 8 lb Burger (team challenge)
Pretty happy with only putting on 2lbs! Now I have almost 2 weeks before I return to do more food challenges in Chicago! Not sure how much weight I can lose before then but I'll be looking to lose as much as possible before then!

Been busy since my last entry. Last week my eating rival from MN and I were taking on a bunch of food challenges in my neighborhood. I only ended up attempting two food challenges during the week - a 7 lb pizza challenge and a 6 lb burrito, and a lots of sweets in between! Been keeping the weight off pretty effectively. Now I prepare for a week in Chicago, where I'm looking to do 4-5 more food challenges during my 8 day stay!
Much more fun to be had in my upcoming food adventures!

Back from my Phoenix trip, very happy with the minimal weight I've put on! I only ended up doing three challenges - a 3 lb burger challenge (win) and then a 20 corn dog challenge later than night (fail - 4 left). The corn dogs really took a lot of of me, so it took me a bit to recover to attempt the challenge again (and won!) I ended up getting a gym pass to work out while on vacation (and I do find working out to be relaxing) so that helped out as well!
Now I have about 4-5 days to prepare for another set of food challenges as my eating rival heads to my hometown as we take on 3-4 eating challenges around the area. Looking forward to the challenges and experimenting on ways to minimize the weight gain from these challenges (without reversing the food of course).
