Im missing tuesday but i know it is very high. Should I guess maybe 40? I didn't know I was still in the challenge and I ate junk and was a sad day.

Tues= I over did it this day, didn't think I was in the challenge

Sun= i think it will be a low day, 12 according to my menu

a bit sad today. had a difficult weekend helping out with my aunt, her husband is in the hospital, doesnt look good. Was trying to make good choices, seems carbs are everywhere in hospitals and food on the go. I was in a net carb challenge and thought I was doing good managing to lose weight and found out how to post recipes for a recipe challenge.
Came, checked in but I'm kicked out of challenge now. Reading up on journals I felt I didn't do something right, cant figure out what, if I was weighed in, reported, posted recipes too.
I checked in with my leader dave on the 2nd and weighed in with a good drop in my weight for me. Got back late last night to see others are saying I didn't follow directions and had several warnings. Made me sad, didnt have any warnings in inbox, but did have one reminder to weigh in, thought I could go 5 days without having to check since I weighed before leaving for Portland. Glad to be back home, after being kicked out of the challenge for no aparant as to why, I was posting and doing best I could with carb choices. Still managed a weight drop but gave in last night to what I call sad eating. Will try for new challenge, seemed a good idea but if anyone has any good ideas for me, Im needing one I can go a few days without having to email, computers might not always be available while aunts hubby is still critical. Thanks for letting me vent.
