Jgn takut makan karbo aplg musuhan, klo ga suka nasi putih pilih jenis karbo lain yg compleks.
Setiap makan karbo jgn lupakan serat agar seimbang. Makan nasi harus barengan dgn sayurannya. Jumlah sayur harus 2xlipat dr jumlah karbonya

Welcome tgl 1...jadwalnya nimbang.
Alhamdulillah mensyukuri sebrpa sdikit/bnyknya hasil dari upaya yg telah dikerjakan,,
Teruskan, lanjutkan utk tetap jalani hidup sehat, bonus langsing kemudian.

Menu buka magrib tadi..
Nasi 2sdm, yg putih2 brcabe itu kubis rebus trus disiram sayur lodeh. plus 2krupuk.
Karbo, protein nabati, sayuran.
