hace aproximadamente tres meses, estaba pesando 173 libras, hace como dos meses y medio comencé yendo al gimnasio y disminuyendo comidas grasosas.
Actualmente mi peso es de 159 libras, es decir que e bajado 14 libras en un lapso aproximado de dos meses y medio.
Mi meta, llegar a pesar 156 libras, para luego comenzar a definir con pesas.
Es genial sentirse delgado, pero sobre todo mejorar en el habito alimenticio.
