After the past two weeks of pretty much eating what I wanted, when I wanted, I've just now started to get back on track! The past two days have been relatively good diet days and I'm determined to make this day perfect! Using an app on my iPod touch, I'm logging my food and aiming at 1220 calories a day.
My biggest issue right now is avoiding snacking at night when I'm watching television. My only real solution for that as of now is to make sure I save enough calories so that I can snack in the evening -but that means pretty much starving all day (not really, but in MY mind I'm starving haha).
My goal is to lose 50 more pounds (I already lost about 13, so 50 to go) and I would like to lose it before August/September. I want to wear a bikini before the summer ends, but I know I will need to use most of the summer to actually get there! At the end of this year (in December), I not only turn 22, but I also graduate from college and the plan is to move to Los Angeles. I don't want to be ON camera or anything -just behind it, producing/directing/writing especially- but I still want to fit in with all the super fit/hot people of LA! :)
I look forward to meeting some fellow dieters on here and inspiring each other to keep going! I need a lot of motivation at times and although I'm not great at motivating myself, I love motivating others! So help me out and I'll help you! :)
