Here we go again. Have to do it this time. I am starting to feel the toll it is taking on my joints, heart and how I feel about myself when I look in the mirror. Dammit Janet, YOU CAN DO IT!

I have been trying not to over eat and careful when I eat. I still have a long way to go.

I need to start all over again. I am really mad at myself for not following through and at my ideal weight. My birthday is at the end of this week and I should be healthier.

Day 1 - I need to get on the road to recovery. Don't like the way I look or feel. Have to grab air when talking sometimes.
