Plateaud for a while which was frustrating. But carried on then did some fasting and back on loosing now. Great way to start the week! Will start exercising this week too. Now winter is drawing to an end I'm feeling like being out and about again

Unexpected! Just thought I'd check in today as feeling the ketosis working and low and behold. huge drop ... yay. feeling happy about this

No change this week although did have a full go up and go back down journey. Had to adjust my macros a bit as was eating too much fat. Dealt with now though :) Plus a visit from scarlet and I suppose I should be grateful its all stayed as is. Not sure about coconut flour .... is it ok on the keto diet? I wasn't sure if it was part of the problem. Has anyone found its not good on keto?

Wohoooooo. Ok some of it is water weight but i can definitely also feel and see a difference in my stomach already. Great start. I've put far less pressure on myself this time and not counted calories just made sure each plate has a good macro ratio on it and neen using some of diet doctors recipes. Also fasted on Saturday due to feeling unwell but as I was in ketosis felt no hunger really. So I'll be adding that into my routine from now on as well :)

Not bad for first week. Definitely need to crank it up a gear. Finding the dark mornings and cold hard but atleadt its getting lighter every day
