I feel like crap I skipped one day of my work out routine and now I have no motivation what so ever to walk three miles today. The crappy feeling might also be my consicnece yelling at me for eating a unhealthy snack last night who knows?

Lately I think I've been doing pretty well. Four the last two weeks I've been writing down everything I've eaten and have tried to keep my calorie in take below 2000.So far in two weeks I've lost 14 pounds I know it sounds like a lot but in general when i start eating healthy I lose a lot of weight in the beginning very fast then it levels out and I have to work to lose more weight.Last year I weighed 330 now I am currently at 292 after I gained ten pounds that I lost back. But now I think I 'm ready to officially lose weight and stay healthy doing it. Just by simply eating right and workout at least three times a week. This is not a diet it's a permanent solution and I'm honestly excited to start.
