Having issues with staying at my weight for over a month. I lost the first month really well, now, nothing. Staying on my diet, but just not losing. I was thrown off my pilates machine (springs too tight) and hit my head on my wood/electric stove. It threw me through the air and I landed on my hip and head. I can't get back on the pilates until I heal. I'm discouraged.
