on friday i burned about 1200 calories through excercise
yesterday i went to the gym and ivolunteered and stuff and sat in the sauna for 15 mins
so im assuming about 1500 cals altogether
ive been doing pretty good i guess :)
im trying to be less mean to myself!
i had a slice of pizza, some cookies, and a slice of cake yesterday
and so yeah, i didnt lose.. but i didnt gain either (:
i was really happy ^^'
hopefully ill lose for tmrw. ive consumed about 500-600 calories today
havent done any excercise though which is really bad of me : (
ill try to get in 100 crunches before bed

aiming for 132 lbs by friday
which isnt bad; 3.6 lbs to lose in 5 days isn't so horrible
i can do this (:
going to buffalloooo on friday ! :D
shoppinng ^^
im gonna buy a new pair of jeans in a size 5, and use them as motivation to fit into by the first week of may

i'm fairly pleased,
^^
i've been losing about a lb a day for the last few days
my goal is to get to 135 by the end of this week
if i get there, im gonna reward myself by allowing myself a small slice of cake, cause im going to a birthday party on sunday!
=)
i'm heading to the gym in a couple hours, so i'm aiming to burn 800 cals,
and i burned about 200 walking home from school today
for once in a very long time, i'm feeling optimistic again
:D its a wonderful feeling!

i wanted to eat about 300 cal today
i got up to around 500.. maybe 600
it was all healthy except for 1/4 of a mars slim bar (45 cal)
... why the HELL do i feel so crappy when i've eaten about 1/4 of what people normally eat?
why does that make me feel like a failure?
:/ this is so crap
ugh
what the hell do i need to do to feel better about myself?
just starve forever?
