sarapan guys.. buah yg dipesen belom dateng, ya udah sarapan ini aja... 150ml susu lowfat + 30gr kris bee pillow.. jangan lpa air putihnya ya biar gk kering kek tanah tandus. Hahahha...

snack siang, dah bosen pepaya.. yogurt cimory 100gr + lowfat ultra 100ml + kris bee pillow 30gr... boleh makan asal pada porsinya.. msih pengen? BANYAKIN AIR PUTIH
